Resumen:

We analyze primary data based in the worldwide standard questionnaire of the GEM, the National Experts' Survey to collect with a regional and special approach the perceptions of the social entrepreneurship dimension to a sample of N=188 experts. We divided the sample between low-vulnerability and high-vulnerability to asses the differences in the perception with a hypothesis that low-vulnerability regions will have worst perceptions of their social entrepreneurial ecosystems. The results indicate that the hypthesis was rejected finding that the high-vulnerability regions where most of the social problems are located lack to support social entrepreneurial activities.
